Autumnfest Harvest Raffle – Only a few more days to purchase your “Autumnfest Harvest Raffle” tickets and still be eligible to win $250 in the September 18th Early Bird Drawing. With drawings every hour during the three days of Autumnfest , you have more chances to WIN one of many prizes with a combined value of over $12,500. Prizes include Nintendo Switch, Wireless Speaker, Nest, Amazon Echo, Apple Watch, and much more.

“God’s Corner” needs your donations. Help provide a spiritual item to someone who is searching for comfort or inspiration. At God’s Corner, our Parish Ministries provide a variety of prayer cards, rosaries, statues and other religious items free of charge to Autumnfest visitors. All of these items are donated for this purpose. Please place your donations in the Church Vestibule next to the Vincent De Paul collection bin.
The Autumnfest 2017 Entertainment Schedule has been published. One of the most important components of our annual Parish festival is to gather and celebrate our Community. This year we have put together a three-day schedule that combines many of our community organizations and professional bands together to entertain all our festival attendees.
We are thankful for California Pizza Kitchen at the “Shops at Rossmoor” for their generous donation of 2000 Fountain Drink Cups for our Soda Booth. In addition, that location of CPK is inviting all attendees to join in their Autumnfest “Pizza with a Purpose” Fundraiser on October 11th and 12th benefiting St. Hedwig Autumnfest. Flyers available at Autumnfest will assure that 20% of your purchase gets donated back in support of our annual Parish fundraiser.
God’s Corner- Donations of religious items are now being accepted. Please drop off your rosaries, pictures, statues, prayer cards, books and other religious items in the back of Church by the St. Vincent de Paul donation area. Please make sure your item or items are bundled and labeled as a donation for God’s Corner.

We will be “Throwing Shade” at everyone at Autumnfest 2017! New this year will be a 30’X80’ canopy to cover the outdoor eating area adjacent to the Autumnfest Main Stage. No more hunting for that rare sliver of protection from the sun as you enjoy the great food and local entertainment at our Parish Carnival. Sunglasses and sunscreen still recommended!
Once again Gregg Young and the 2nd Street Band will be headlining our entertainment on Saturday night at Autumnfest 2017! This local award-winning band was recently recognized as the Smooth Jazz Artist of the Year at the LA Music Awards. We are so thankful for Gregg’s continued support of Autumnfest by supplying all the sound equipment and the sound technician for all three days of our festival!

Calling ALL Bakers! - The Coffee House and Cake Walk are looking for donated cakes, pies and other baked goods for this year’s Autumnfest. You can bring your homemade or purchased baked goods to Quinn Hall any time after 3PM on the Friday, September 29th, or after 10AM on Saturday and Sunday that weekend!
BINGO is Back! Along with all the fun carnival rides and great food that that you love at Autumnfest, Quinn Hall will once again be hosting BINGO games all weekend. Mark you calendars now: Friday 7-10pm, Sat 2-6pm &

Pennies From Heaven! Over 350 pennies were donated by the parishioners of St. Hedwig Parish as a “token” pledge to support the Ministries of St. Hedwig Church. Now, more than ever, we are looking for a few of you to assist with minor leadership roles at this year’s Autumnfest. The Parish Mailer will be arriving this week. Please return your Raffle Ticket purchases as soon as possible to qualify for the “Early Bird” drawing to win $250.00. With an ever-growing selection of great raffle prizes, you will certainly want to get extra raffle tickets for your friends and family. Extras are available in the Parish Office.
With only a little over a month left until Autumnfest, please plan to volunteer for at least one 3-hour shift in support of operations and/or our food and game booths. Sign-Up for your desired shifts through our online Autumnfest Volunteer Scheduling system. Just follow the link located on the Parish website.
“Charge IT!” - At this year’s Autumnfest, our Food Service area will be consolidated to allow families the opportunity to use their credit cards when purchasing their favorite “Carnival Treats”. Now located under the School Lunch Awning, a majority of our dining options will be available to be ordered and paid for at one time. No more waiting is separate lines and purchasing each entrée independently, allowing everyone more time to eat and socialize.
We need “Team Leaders” for our all new Food Prep Area. We are looking for Pizza and Coffee House Leads, as well as A Grill Master and Lead Cashier. Leads will beoverseeing staff. Please contact Robert Butler.
