Sunday School Program

A Sunday School Program for children who are 3 years old by September 1st through Kindergarten is offered at the 8:30 am Mass during the school year.  Our goal is to provide a joyful atmosphere for our children to begin learning about God and our Church, while giving their parents an opportunity to worship at Mass with less distraction.

There is a 3 year old, 4 year old and 5 year old class at the school classrooms.  Class concludes at the end of Mass.  Parents must remain on the church property during this time.  Classes are held every Sunday except holidays and special events as shown in the master calendar.  There are 3 volunteer teachers that team-teach for each class and parents are required to help in their child’s class 4 to 6 times a year.  The yearly registration tuition is $45 per child.

We use the “I Am Special” curriculum.  The children participate in free play activities and then are lead though a quiet time with prayer, song, Bible stories and discussion.  Each lesson includes a craft and hands on activities.  Several times a year the classes gather together for special events.

   Sunday School Registration Package 2008-2009

Registrations will be accepted beginning on Sunday, April 27th after the 8:30am Mass.  Print and fill out both forms in the package and bring them to the patio by the church on Sunday, April 27th or May 4th.  You may drop them off in the Family Life Ministries Office after May 4th.  Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.
